Service and purpose

Fio QR Payments is software that helps Shopify merchants display bank-transfer instructions and match eligible Fio transactions to Shopify orders. The app is not a bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.

The public edition is intended for Shopify merchants and store operators. Customers pay the merchant directly, and the app does not hold funds.

Pricing and payments

The public Shopify App Store edition is free. There is no subscription, activation fee, or charge collected outside Shopify for this edition. The merchant remains responsible for Shopify, Fio, and other provider fees.

Support, complaints, and consumer disputes

Support is available at the contact email address. If consumer law applies to a particular relationship, a consumer may use alternative dispute resolution after first seeking a remedy from the operator. The European ODR platform closed on July 20, 2025, so the current ADR-body list is provided instead.

Governing law

The governing law and competent court are determined under applicable law. Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights or other statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
