What the app does
and what it doesn’t.
No. Customers pay directly into the merchant’s bank account. The app prepares the payment instructions and matches Fio transactions to Shopify orders.
No. The payment goes directly from the customer’s account to the merchant’s bank account.
If a customer pays the wrong amount, the app does not mark the order as paid automatically. A partial or otherwise ambiguous payment may be sent for manual review.
The app supports CZK and EUR accounts. CZK payments use QR Platba / SPAYD, while euro payments use PAY by square.
Yes. Automatic matching uses Fio’s banking API and the configured Fio account.
Yes. You can connect multiple bank accounts and configure the appropriate account for each supported currency.
If an order is cancelled, its payment is no longer matched automatically. An existing payment may need review.
Yes. After an exact match is verified, the app uses Shopify’s supported mechanisms to mark the order as paid.
